Kyshtym Refractory Plant, Ltd. summed up results of work in 2006
In 2006 volumes of production and sales of refractory products increased at Kyshtym Refractory Plant Ltd.by 17,7%.
In 2006 volumes of production at Kyshtym refractory Plant, Ltd. increased in comparison with 2005 by kinds of products as follows: small size products (728 tons were produced, growth — by 16,5%), siphons (364 tons were produced, growth — by 10,3%), salable powders — 4793 tons, growth by three times.
Volumes of sales of refractories increased in comparison with 2005 by 17,7% and amounted to 129,1 million rubles, including small size refractories — 22474 thousand rubles (growth by 85,7%), salable powders — 25237 thousand rubles (growth by 9 times).
Summing up results of work during 2006 the General Director of the plant Mr. Vladimir Zaitzev noted that great attention was given to the issues of quality. «Special devices were installed in tunnel driers to control parameters of drying, we perfected production of crucibles using various additives and binders,» — said Mr. Zaitzev, — «In 2006 we began production of a new kind of products — high alumina filler (ЗВГ grade) which is a raw material for production of propants and fillers of refractory grades ЗША and ЗШБ.
Among the tasks facing the plant in 2007 the General Director mentioned the following: increase of total production and sales volumes, improvement of quality of products and lowering of specific costs per unit of manufactured products, manufacturing of new kinds of products, development of new technologies and also entering new markets and search of new consumers.
