“Magnezit” plant completed the introduction of the system of the investments management and capital construction Project of development of the system of the investments management and capital construction on the basis of SAP R/3 was executed by “IKT Company”, which has good standing and 15-years’ experience in the sphere of managerial and IT-consulting, and also by the specialists of the plant. The company proposed an original approach towards managing the investments and capital construction on the basis of SAP R/3 by provision of the corporate informational system on the basis of the same set with new automatic functions.
According to the words of Evgeni Nenashev, Deputy for the General Director of “Magnezit” plant on finance and economy, as a result of this automatization the whole activity, connected with the investments, should be adjusted, that should lead to the reduction of new construction period, and also to the reconstruction and modernization of production. Besides, these measures could promote the continuous supply of the plant with material, labour and financial resources. This project was carried out within a very short period – within nine months. This significant speedup in work was achieved due to the effects of professional team of “Magnezit” plant, which took very active part in realization of this project.
Plans of the plant for 2006-2007 include the further development of corporate informational system of the basis of SAP R/3 in the form of introduction of the following units: Quality management and manufacturing planning, and Technical maintenance and repair management.
