Magnezit Group: new appointments

Dmitry Artamonov was appointed as a director of PJSC «Panteleymonovka Refractory Plant» (settlement Panteleymonovka, Gorlovka town, Ukraine), Ukrainian production enterprise of Magnezit Group.

Oleg Moskalenko, the previous director of Panteleymonovka Refractory Plant, has been assigned a director position of the Brick Department of Magnezit Group. He will supervise the production of the bricks in all enterprises within Group’s framework and will focus on increase of the output of the most popular and cost-effective refractories in all production sites of the Group, as well as on cost reduction and rise of production profitability.

In 2013 under Oleg Moskalenko’s supervision a modern production line of magnesia fluxes — innovative products for the Ukrainian market — with the capacity of 50 thousand tons per year was organized from scratch and launched at Panteleymonovka Refractory Plant, as well as the magnesia-carbon bricks production capacity was increased up to 25 thousand tons per year.

Dmitry Artamonov as a new director is to ensure financial efficiency and sustainable growth of Panteleymonovka Refractory Plant, specifically by the production of competitive products and expansion of customer base under challenging market conditions.

Dmitry Artamonov graduated from the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology. From 2002 to 2011 he held several positions at JSC «Yugcement» (Dyckerhoff AG). Has been working for Magnezit Group since 2011, during this period he has been promoted from the refractory production shop mechanic to the chief mechanic of the enterprise.

Oleg Moskalenko graduated from the Kharkov State Polytechnic University and the South Ural State University. In 2006-2007 he studied the «Project management in business development» programme in the South Ural State University. He began his career in Magnezit Group in 1999 as a press operator of refractory products at Kombinat Magnezit (Satka, Chelyabinsk region, Russia). His work experience in Magnezit Group at senior positions in the production sphere is more than 12 years.

Panteleymonovka Refractory Plant is one of the largest refractory enterprise of Ukraine. The plant became part of Magnezit Group in February 2012. The enterprise manufactures products based on high quality refractory materials of Magnezit Group, produced on the basis of magnesite deposits in Russia.
