Structure of the Magnezit Group

The Group includes:

• Group Magnezit, consisting of the head office in Satka (Chelyabinsk region) and a wide network of regional service offices, which provide full coverage of Russia and CIS countries;
• 15 production enterprises located on the territory of Russia, Germany, China and Slovakia:

  • Siberian magnezit (Russia, Krasnoyarsk region);
  • Razdolinski periclase plant (Russia, Krasnoyarsk region);
  • Yingkou Dalmond Refractories Co., Ltd. (China);
  • Wuxi Nanfang Dalmond Refractories Co., Ltd. (China);
  • Yingkou Xinghe Refractories Co., Ltd. (China);
  • Liaoning Dalmond Refractories Co., Ltd. (China);
  • Dalmond Meye Ltd. (China);
  • Foshan Dalmond Guanggang Refractories Co, LTD. (China);
  • Dalmond Feuerfest Siegburg GmbH & Co. KG (Germany);
  • Slovmag a.s. (Slovakia).
• Magnezit Montazh Servis (Russia, Chelyabinsk region), a company that provides installation and maintenance of heating units for cement and other industries.

Nowadays Magnezit Group develops two of the largest deposits of magnesite in Russia - in Satka town, Chelyabinsk region and in the village Razdolinsk, Krasnoyarsk region. Total number of proven magnesite reserves of the Group exceeds 160 million tons. An enterprise Slovmag (Slovakia) also possesses its own resources of raw materials.

Two sales structures are carrying out deliveries of products in the domestic and foreign markets:

• Dalmond Refractory Materials (export deliveries);
• Group Magnezit (domestic market).
