Sales strategy

The sales strategy of the company is based on clear identification of important markets from geographical and customer industry point of view. Magnesite products are applied in industries that use their excellent refractory qualities — steel industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, cement and lime industry, the ability to accumulate heat — production of heat storage heaters and also suitable chemical composition and ecological acceptability — agriculture.

Slovmag is export oriented company — the ratio of export to sales revenues is 93 %. The concentrated efforts and permanent presence at the selected territories - both by direct representation and mediated representation - is an important part of commercial policy.
