“Magnezit Group” intends to allocate in 2006 90 million roubles for ecological projects. "Magnezit Group" intends to allocate 91 million 760 thousand roubles for reconstruction and replacement of the available environment protection objects in possession of "Magnezit" plant (is included into "Magnezit Group") in 2006. Such strategy of the company is determined by the necessity to provide the compliance with the international standards of the system of ecological management and with the increasing requirements of the environment protection law of the Russian Federation.
The part "ecological projects" of "Magnezit Group" Investment program includes the reconstruction of the available environment protection objects, putting out of operation of technically obsolete units, introduction of the new and improvement of the present technological processes, application of the optimal purifying technologies, maximum utilization of secondary materials in the production process, widening of the area of certification for the system of ecological management in regard to all technological processes.
For realization of projects, directed for compliance with ecological standards at working places (reconstruction of dust-collecting system in the workshop of magnesia products № 1 and at the plant of magnesia products, equipment for air refining within the production premises and within the working territory), the company intends to allocate 12,1 million roubles. 70 million roubles should be provided for the reconstruction of gas purification unit behind the rotary kiln №3 of the workshop of magnesia powder № 2.
Realization of the project "construction of the system of filtration of oily waters" (Service of environment protection - total project value is about 15 million roubles, realization period - 2007) within the current year should require 7,8 million roubles.
For undertaking of certain steps for certification of the system of ecological management at the "Magnezit" plant this investment program allocates 1,8 million roubles. Realization of ecological projects, provided by the investment program of 2006, should create the conditions for turning to the international technological standards of permissible affect towards the environment and further improvement of the system of ecological management at the plant.
