Magnezit Group develops cooperation with regional suppliers for production automation and environmental monitoring
Record ComplexFollowing its own Policy in the field of sustainable development, Magnezit Group seeks to create a transparent supply chain and strengthen cooperation with counterparties sharing the values of the Group. At the same time, considerable attention is paid to the development of partnerships with local suppliers in the regions of production activity, whose share (not including high-tech equipment) reaches up to 50% of all supplies.
One of such suppliers is Metran Industrial Group based in Chelyabinsk which was acknowledged as the best Russian manufacturer of control and measuring devices and automatics in 2022. Following one of the meetings of the regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs specialists of Magnezit Group and IG "Metran" organized mutual visits with excursions to the production facilities, complexes "Impulse" and "Record", exchanged experiences and discussed prospects for further partnership.
The history of cooperation between "Magnezit" Group and IG "Metran" goes back almost 5 years. We plan to expand further cooperation in the field of industrial automation, ecological monitoring systems and metering devices supplies. Such approach acquires special importance in the current conditions when it is extremely important for national producers to establish and develop production cooperation, including at the regional level, thus ensuring technological sovereignty of the national industry.
During visits and negotiations on cooperation for partners excursions to the corporate museum and to production facilities were organized - within the "Russian Magnezit" route, where partners got acquainted with innovative complexes of "Magnezit Group". And IG Metran presented its developments in automation of warehousing and automated monitoring of exhaust gases.
