Magnezit Group established a scientific – production sub-division for implementation of new technological processes and developments
A new scientific-production sub-division — NPK «MAGNEZIT» — was created in the structure of Magnezit Group. The main task of the new structure is implementation of new technological processes with application of existing equipment as well as creation of new production facilities for adoption of technological and other developments.
Investments into realization of projects in the framework of NPK «Magnezit» have already surpassed in 2007 the sum of 22 mln. rubles including expenses for purchase of equipment and creation of new production sites.
For provision of production facilities of NPK «Magnezit» a new crushing classifying sub-division will have been commissioned before May 2008. Small batches of raw materials will be treated there and further used in technological processes including secondary raw materials — periclase carbon, periclase, periclase chrome used bricks after service in thermal vessels.
At the new production site there is crushing equipment, sieves and equipment for packing of produced powders. Capacity of the site exceeds 3 thousand tons of crushed materials per month.
